Display Driver For Windows Vista Stopped Responding

Hi My Laptops Display Driver Has crashed and its screen is blinking some
times.Its showing message Intel Graphics Accelator Display Driver for
Windows Vista has Stopped Reponding and has been recoverd but it is
happening again and again What to Do? I am attaching DxDiag File Here.
