get the third party click with sale or optin

There are two types of users seller and buyer. seller sale traffic to
buyer for 100clicks sell to buyer, buyer provide a link of his landing
page or sale page and thank you page we want to track sale and
registration activite from buyer site. and buyer site is third party site.
once a visitor clicks on that landing page (which can be a "squeeze" page
or a "sales" page), he can then either leave the page - or opt in (or buy)
and then we want to track when he lands on the resulting thank-you page
so, in a normal funnel you have 3 steps
visit (squeeze page)
opt in (after signing up you land on a thankyou page)
sales page (which is often part of the thankyou page)
buy (after buying you get redirected to a thanks-for-buying page)
in some cases people skip a step, for example some people don't do the
squeeze page and just go straight to a sales page, etc.
the buyer MUST fill out the FIRST landing page URL, so we can track that
but if the buyer doesn't fill out the other URLs - we just don't track
them then
